Job Summary
Qualify and quote prospects for memberships and personal lines insurance, then follow up with members and insureds while prospecting for new business. Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems using independent judgment, identifying cross-selling opportunities to meet monthly sales goals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comprehensive training covers obtaining an insurance license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines as well as Life license
- Successful completion of a Background Check
- Ability to pass a Drug Screen
Desired Qualifications
- Prior insurance industry experience
- College Degree
- Sales experience
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience and good organizational skills
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
