Internet Sales Advisor (BDC) - Ford Westborough

Respond to internet vehicle inquiries via phone and email, guiding customers through the initial buying process to final sale; build rapport to establish a referral network and respond to online leads with pricing and product information; schedule and confirm appointments, conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, and manage the customer relationship from inquiry to purchase using the Asbury selling process; strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with a CRM, and the ability to work as part of a team; bi-lingual ability is a plus.
