Job Summary
Traffic Manager is responsible for 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance, owning in-store structure, and maintaining KPI performance. Works side-by-side with the Brand Traffic Management Director to identify strengths and opportunities, execute action plans to increase traffic management performance, dealership sales, and profitability, and collaborates with other management personnel across New and Used Vehicle Operations. Daily duties include auditing traffic management processes, conducting monthly audits, facilitating weekly traffic management meetings, performing mystery shops of competitors and internal departments, reviewing website and lead performance via tools like CallRevu, inspecting website quality (mobiles/desktops, specials, photos), and training, coaching, and developing teammates. Requires automotive retail management experience, proficiency in CDK CRM (Elead), strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building skills, organizational and analytical capabilities, and experience in strategy development and group facilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years automotive retail management
- Minimum 2 years training and development (store and/or corporate level)
- Proficient in CDK CRM (Elead)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in group facilitation, coaching and leading teams
- Must be technology savvy and current on business trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
