Job Summary
Internet Maintenance Technician role performing telecom network maintenance and outage restoration across aerial/underground fiber and coax, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, fiber splicing support, and documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of telecom technician experience; valid driver’s license; strong customer service, communication, problem solving, reading maps, and basic computer skills; bucket certification and Outside Plant knowledge; ability to lift 75 lbs and work in varied environments; on-call rotation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2+ years (telecom technician)
- Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Work performed in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments, with potential exposure to heat, cold, dust, damp conditions, uneven surfaces, heights, and moving vehicles
- Prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and driving required
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders for extended periods of time
- Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, and using hands above and below shoulder level
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, crawl, and maintain various body positions and perform fine motor tasks, forceful gripping, and limited keyboarding

- The base salary in Washington for this position is $23.15-$35.74 per hour plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable.
- Broadband Network Technician I: $23.15-$32.41
- Broadband Network Technician II: $24.31-$34.03
- Broadband Network Technician III: $25.53-$35.74
