Job Summary
Assemble food kits per work orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer quality and regulatory standards. Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedules while storing materials in designated areas. Clean work areas throughout the shift and assist in compiling worksheets or recording material distributions. Operate machinery and material handling equipment as needed. Work Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm to 6 am, earning $19.86 an hour starting August 2nd. This role is part of Lineage Logistics' mission to transform the food supply chain and eliminate waste.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, in and around industrial machinery
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels
