Job Summary
Automotive BDC Manager to lead a high-volume BDC team focused on maximizing customer appointments, engagement, and sales. Oversees daily operations of the Business Development Center, trains and guides BDC representatives, ensures effective lead-handling across phone, email, text, and video, leverages video technology to engage leads, and collaborates with sales and service to optimize processes. Requires proven automotive BDC leadership, CRM proficiency, strong communication and coaching abilities, data-driven performance analysis, and a hands-on management style with availability to support the team daily. Location-based role at a Hartford, CT dealership with a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive BDC management or similar leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and dealership processes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement solutions
- Passion for customer service and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Must be comfortable using video as part of the customer communication and sales process
