Job Summary
Manage all site-related purchases by drafting technically grounded procurement files with the drafting department and conducting negotiations focused on optimal price-quality ratios. Monitor procurement budgets, ensure accurate contract translation, and maintain sustainable relationships with subcontractors and suppliers through regular evaluations. Proactively seek alternative suppliers and track market price fluctuations while supporting project leadership during execution by documenting subcontractors and suppliers. Requires a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or relevant construction purchasing experience, with strong technical-financial skills and stress resilience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde, of relevante ervaring in de bouwsector als aankoper
- Technisch-financieel sterk, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
- Teamspeler met een goed organisatievermogen, die zich thuis voelt in een familiale KMO-omgeving
- Vlotte beheersing van gangbare Office-pakketten
Desired Qualifications
- Interesse in het versterken van aankooptechnieken via opleidingen
- Kennis van specifieke software (zoals KPD-WIC)
