Job Summary
Operationally focused COO for International Trust Services (ITS) leading across Bahamas, Jersey, and Singapore. Drive flawless execution, controls, and platform optimization for trust and estate accounts; champion continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and efficiency; partner with Product and Business Management, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology to deliver superior client outcomes. Key responsibilities include establishing and enforcing high standards for process efficiency and quality; serving as knowledge center for trust-related activities; directing business needs and prioritizing improvements; leading development and implementation of innovative product solutions for international clients with emphasis on scalability and quality; executing regulatory initiatives across ITS jurisdictions; building strong regional stakeholder relationships; monitoring operational metrics and driving data-informed improvements; leveraging technology and re-engineering to enhance client experience. Required Qualifications
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, and/or trusts and estates preferred
- Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership position
