Job Summary
Coordinate with teams of attorneys and analysts to prepare responses in Antidumping and Countervailing Duty investigations and reviews under tight deadlines. Draft responses to questionnaires, work with international companies to collect information on sales and production processes, prepare and manipulate SAS databases to analyze price and cost drivers, and assemble and analyze trade flow data while managing case documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys and non-attorney professionals to ensure deadlines are met. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of professional experience; proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel and understanding of SAS. Extra language skills are a plus. Salary range $80K-$100K.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of professional experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Commerce Department antidumping and countervailing duty policies, procedures, and methodology (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel
- Understanding of SAS statistical software or similar
- Outstanding project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to make appropriate tradeoffs as needed
- Extra language skills a plus (native/fluent)
