Job Summary
Coordinate pricing preparation, IOR/EOR operations, and documentation handling for international trade activities while ensuring shipments comply with trade and regulatory requirements. Manage partner coordination with overseas agents and service partners to facilitate accurate pricing and operational execution. Apply strong coordination skills and attention to detail to communicate effectively on pricing and operational matters within a fast-paced environment. Requires a diploma in International Business or related field with 1-2 years of logistics experience, familiarity with IOR/EOR processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Works Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations
- Comfortable handling pricing discussions and negotiations with overseas partners
- Knowledge of APAC trade regulations
