Job Summary
Manage corporate and indirect tax compliance across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, overseeing cross-border transactions, transfer pricing policies, and equity compensation tax implications. Review legal agreements, monitor legislative changes, and prepare documentation for international audits while advising on tax-efficient global structures. Partner with Finance leadership and external advisors to deliver insights for management decisions, implement internal controls, and contribute to automation initiatives. Work four days in-office with remote flexibility on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in corporate and indirect tax roles with multinational exposure
- preferably in the financial sector
- Strong knowledge of EMEA and APAC tax frameworks
- transfer pricing regulation
- FATCA and CRS reporting requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
- professional tax qualification
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Familiarity with GAAP reporting

- Experience managing large data sets
