Job Summary
Advise clients on complex international and Luxembourg tax matters, ensuring technical accuracy within evolving regulatory frameworks. Lead and review in-depth tax analysis, translating findings into clear, strategic recommendations while managing client engagements from planning through timely delivery. Act as a key point of contact to build trusted relationships, providing tailored advice and supervising junior team members through mentoring and work reviews. Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with management to position the service line. Requires a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Law with 2–4 years of relevant experience; fluent in French and English. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law (with a specialization in Tax Law)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in International Tax, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm
- Strong technical expertise in International and Luxembourg tax frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex matters
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with first experiences in client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and coach junior team members
- Proactive, results-driven and committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
