International Tax Reporting and Transformation Manager

Job Summary
Support the planning and coordination of each tax reporting cycle, including testing internal templates and validating data requirements before distribution. Review tax provisioning computations for low and medium-risk entities, ensuring accurate reflection within local ledgers, and resolve issues arising from local tax provisions and status questionnaires. Prepare group-level tax reporting adjustments, including deferred tax asset recognition and uncertain tax positions under IFRIC 23, while maintaining rolling tax summaries and supporting memoranda. Contribute to global compliance obligations by preparing the Group's Country-by-Country Report, coordinating with external advisors on public CbCR requirements in the EU and Australia, and analyzing jurisdictional tax positions for Pillar Two. Play a key role in systems implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and enhancing existing Excel-based reporting tools to drive process improvements. Act as a key point of contact for local finance teams across multiple jurisdictions, communicating complex tax concepts clearly and supporting responses to external audit queries. Operate key internal controls within the tax reporting process and maintain supporting documentation in line with ICFR requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Professional accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of IFRS accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience supporting tax systems implementation, transformation projects or tax data management initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Alteryx
- Familiarity with Tagetik and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Previous experience in Group Tax reporting
- Knowledge of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and/or Pillar Two requirements
