International Tax Director

Job Summary

Lead Docusign's global international tax strategy, planning, and risk management to support business expansion, M&A, and Intelligent Agreement Management growth. Partner with the VP of Tax on transfer pricing, Pillar Two readiness, and cross-border structuring while overseeing audits, examinations, and information requests. Design and maintain global transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements, and scalable models for effective tax rate analysis and scenario planning. Advise cross-functional teams on US and foreign tax legislation, including GILTI, Subpart F, and withholding taxes. Manage external advisors, drive continuous process improvement in tax governance, and report findings to executive stakeholders. This remote role requires 15+ years of experience in multinational tax leadership and reporting to the Vice President, Tax.
