International Student Recruitment Manager

Job Summary
Develop marketing and communication strategies for regional student recruitment cycles, including exam dates and visa timelines. Create localized value propositions, draft email and digital campaign copy, and produce social media content and student testimonials. Support offshore teams with product training, masterclasses, virtual campus tours, and direct follow-ups via WhatsApp, WeChat, and phone. Evaluate applicant backgrounds and English levels, manage student pipelines, and troubleshoot admissions and payment cases. Conduct pre-departure sessions, maintain arrival guides, and attend periodic divisional meetings. Requires a Bachelor's degree, marketing experience, and full proficiency in English and Mandarin. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in marketing and student recruitment
- Proven track record of strong sales performance
- High-level numeric literacy and critical thinking
- High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Business level English both written and speaking
- Proven ability as a team player
- Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking
- Ability to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Holds a valid passport
- Able and willing to travel internationally as required
- Legal right to work in Canada
