Job Summary
Lead a team of five international operators across multiple locations, managing end-to-end workflows for cargo operations, PDA handling, and funds management. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while overseeing documentation issuance, tracking, and escalation of operational issues. Serve as the primary contact for key clients in Dubai, conducting in-person meetings and driving continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and risk mitigation. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service quality and maintain financial accuracy. Requires seven years of experience in logistics or aviation, fluent English, and readiness to travel for client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Local Agent or HUB Agent in an operational or logistics environment
- Proven experience in team leadership, preferably managing remote or multi-country teams
- Strong operational expertise in PDA handling, funds management, cargo operations, and cargo documentation issuance
- Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
- Willingness and availability to travel and meet clients when required, particularly in Dubai/UAE
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international, and deadline-driven environment
