Job Summary
Own international organic growth strategy across Spanish, French, Dutch, and German markets by developing AEO strategies that optimize content for traditional search and AI-driven discovery surfaces like AI Overviews. Monitor brand visibility on AI-powered search, manage multilingual content production workflows, and drive technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, hreflang implementation, and Core Web Vitals. Lead a distributed ecosystem of freelancers and agency partners while defining KPIs tied to organic traffic, rankings, and user acquisition. Define and report on performance metrics to ensure high-quality execution and continuous optimization across all active languages.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SEO experience
- at least 2 years focused on international/multilingual SEO
- Demonstrated understanding of AEO principles
- hands-on experience optimizing content for AI-driven search surfaces
- Experience integrating AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) into content creation and editorial workflows
- quality control processes for regulated content
- Proven track record of driving organic growth in non-English markets
- Deep technical SEO fluency
- Experience managing editorial or content teams
- across time zones and languages
- Familiarity with content strategy and governance in regulated industries
- healthcare, finance, legal, or similar
- Strong analytical skills
- comfortable in GSC, Ahrefs, LLM visibility tools, and Looker
- Must be able to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year

Desired Qualifications
- Experience building AI content workflows with human-in-the-loop review at scale
- Familiarity with how LLMs are trained
