International Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Customer-facing technical and commercial Sales Engineer responsible for driving customer engagement, supporting business growth, and ensuring successful execution of customer requirements across the organization. Acts as primary liaison between customers and engineering, operations, customer service, and leadership; translates customer needs into actionable technical, operational, and commercial requirements; supports onboarding, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration; contributes to market analysis and new business opportunities, and participates in proposals, pricing, and contract support; travel up to 25–40% for customer visits, trade shows, and training; export-control compliance and US Person eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technical discipline, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, customer support, engineering, or aerospace-related roles preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25–40%
- Export Control compliance requirement, US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
- US Person status and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified
- Aerospace/defense/manufacturing/technical product experience strongly preferred
