Job Summary
Lead and manage a sales team across 11 Midwest states to drive growth and customer engagement for Remington Ammunition accessories. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners while supporting product development through testing and feedback. Create and manage sales budgets and develop promotional programs. Travel 60–70% domestically for sales events and corporate meetings. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 60 months of progressive sales experience in hunting or sporting goods, and expertise in external/internal ballistics and bullet construction. Salary ranges from $157,200 to $235,700. Based in Anoka, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 60 months of progressive post-degree experience in a Sales Director or related sales role
- Experience in Hunting, shooting, sporting goods, or related industry
- Team management
- External and internal ballistics, wound ballistics presentations
- Bullet construction and use; long-range shooting techniques and applications
- Communicating product value across firearms customer segments
- Working with product development teams (testing and feedback)
- Developing promotional programs
- Budget creation and management
- International sales
- U.S. citizen or national
- U.S. lawful, permanent resident (a/k/a green card holder)
- Refugee under 8 U.S.C. Section 1157
- Asylee under 8 U.S.C. Section 1158 or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Not convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
- Not a fugitive from justice
- Not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance
- Not adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to any mental institution
- Not an illegal alien
- Not discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
- Not renounced United States Citizenship
