Job Summary
Support the international sales process and contribute to market expansion by assisting in researching new international opportunities, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with logistics/marketing/finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment, preparing sales presentations and contracts, conducting market and competitor analyses, updating the CRM system, preparing sales forecasts, monitoring international trade regulations, organizing international trade shows and client meetings, and providing insights from sales performance data to support business development.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Interest in international business, sales, and global markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
