Job Summary
Lead European Payments Risk team to maintain an effective control environment and ensure regulatory readiness across Payments/CPS; interact with senior leadership and regulators as needed; drive risk ownership, remediation, and governance across international risk/compliance within Payments; develop proactive risk management programs aligned to business strategy; implement regulatory changes affecting products/operations; prepare executive- and committee-quality risk reporting and enable accountable delivery across Product, Sales, Tech, and Operations.
