Job Summary
International Relationship Manager II responsible for managing and retaining a book of personal and commercial banking customers (often $1MM+), maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering a broad suite of solutions across deposits, lending, investments, and trusts. Coordinates with product specialists (trust officers, wealth advisors) to integrate solutions, ensures high service quality and customer loyalty, maintains BSA/AML compliance, and actively cross-sells across bank units. Requires deep knowledge of LATAM markets, bilingual English-Spanish capabilities, and a professional ability to conduct effective client meetings; ongoing training and regulatory compliance are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or JD or Law Degree
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 a plus
- Fully bilingual (English-Spanish)
- At least 12 to 14 years of relevant experience managing a book of international customers, primarily LATAM
- Knowledge of banking products (deposits, lending, investments, trusts) and cross-selling
- Strong communication and meeting coordination skills
- Ability to coordinate with product specialists and various bank units
- Compliance with BSA/AML, regulatory requirements and internal policies
