Job Summary
Approach consultants and candidates from the USA and Canada to expand the talent pool, utilizing all available sourcing channels. Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral evaluations to assess fit. Negotiate rates, compensation, and location preferences with potential hires, then finalize terms and conditions. Manage multiple competing priorities while performing duties such as writing job descriptions, posting roles, and generating hiring analytics. Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track progress. This role supports our B2B online advertising business by filling positions across the UK, USA, and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Ability to negotiate and find the candidate over the call as per the client requirements
- Calling and taking an initial interview and hiring them for the post in the UK, USA, and Canada
- Detailed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and VOIP structured)
- Minimum 2 years of international recruitment experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce); considered an asset
