Job Summary
Develop detailed knowledge of the University of Auckland's programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. Support market engagement and oversight across China by promoting the university to prospective students, parents, and counsellors through presentations at high schools, colleges, fairs, and conferences. Liaise with applicants throughout the admission process and manage an extensive network of education agents by providing training, attending fairs, and maximizing conversion. Prepare regular activity reports and provide data-informed market intelligence to optimize the university's engagement in the region. Requires 7+ years of experience in international education, strong data literacy, and 40% travel time.

- Experience representing a known higher education institution
- Knowledge of New Zealand and its Higher Education system
- Proven business development and relationship management experience in international education
- Strong English fluency
- Proficient in business writing
- Ability to discuss strategy and analysis with English speakers
- Study or other experience living abroad
- Strong preference for New Zealand
