Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to determine staffing needs across domestic and international programs and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies. Design, develop, and manage job postings and recruitment campaigns using social media and Applicant Tracking Systems. Execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Manage job offers, pre-employment processing, background checks, and credential verification to maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records. Transition selected candidates into the deployment pipeline by coordinating with external vendors to support deployment readiness and provide visa guidance. Serve as liaison between program leadership and recruiting teams to provide routine updates on hiring status and deployment readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
- preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment
- Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS staffing efforts
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR compliance
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment
- Clean criminal record with no prior convictions
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be prepared to adhere to Saudi Labor Law
