Job Summary
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate meetings between clients and shortlisted candidates. Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, follow-up activities, and recruitment MIS while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Ensure timely closures and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth recruitment processes for GCC countries. Requires 1 to 5 years of Gulf Recruitment experience with hands-on hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain. Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Gulf Recruitment or Overseas Recruitment
- Hands-on experience hiring for UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment
