Job Summary
Lead new client acquisition and retention for Ultra High Net Worth Russian-speaking and Eastern European clients in JP Morgan's EMEA Private Banking. Manage an existing book of UHNW clients, overseeing investments, banking, and trust/estate products, and coordinate with specialists to deliver interdisciplinary wealth-management solutions. Build trust, optimize client profiles, adhere to risk-management policies, and drive client satisfaction through effective relationship management and cross-team collaboration. The role requires strong sales and negotiation capabilities, exceptional communication, and deep knowledge of private banking concepts, with a focus on Russian-speaking and Eastern European UHNW client segments; location is Zurich, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Private Banking with Russian-speaking and Eastern European UHNW individuals and families
- Previous business development experience
- Proven sales success including prospecting, profiling, negotiating, closing, and referrals
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor, Wealth Advisor)
- Fluency in Russian and ideally another Eastern European language
