Job Summary
Private Banker in JPMorgan International Private Bank responsible for advising families on building, preserving and managing wealth using investments, wealth planning, credit and banking. Manage client relationships, generate new assets, advise on overall balance sheet, connect clients across lines of business, and ensure solutions meet short- to long-term objectives while adhering to risk and regulatory policies. Requires 8+ years in private banking/wealth management with UHNW clients (Brazil market), fluent in Portuguese and English, Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days), willingness to travel internationally, strong network, and a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Qualifications
- Eight plus years of work experience prospecting, acquiring, and developing private banking/wealth management relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and families in the Brazil Market
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Series 7, 66 licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Available to travel internationally to serve off-shore international clients
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
- Bachelor’s Degree required
