Job Summary
Vice President Lending Advisor will help grow the Funds Finance and Sponsors lending business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will deliver lending solutions for private equity firms and founders/senior teams, lead on credit analysis and modelling, assist in credit reviews and risk management, manage covenant monitoring and liaise with external counsel through loan execution, drawdown and post-closing checks. You will work with underwriters and risk teams to support the credit approval process and prepare management information on the loan portfolio, while collaborating in a team-based environment to develop colleagues. Strong analytical, quantitative, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, with coding considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
- Experience in a structured finance, leveraged finance or funds finance environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Team-player with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Coding skills would be considered an asset
