Job Summary
Private Banker in the International Private Bank who advises ultra-high net worth families on building, preserving, and managing wealth. Responsible for managing client relationships, generating new assets, advising on balance sheets including asset allocation, investments, wealth planning, credit and banking needs, and partnering with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise. Will connect clients across JP Morgan's lines of business, ensure solutions meet short- to long-term objectives, and adhere to risk and control policies while traveling internationally to serve off-shore clients. Bachelor’s degree required; Series 7 and 66 licenses required (unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days); minimum eight years of relevant private banking experience in LATAM South; willingness to travel internationally. Location: Miami, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Eight plus years of work experience prospecting, acquiring, and developing private banking/wealth management relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and families in the LATAM South Market
- Series 7, 66 licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Available to travel internationally to serve off-shore international clients
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts
