Job Summary
Vice President, IPB Technology, Product & Design — lead financial planning, headcount forecasting, and transformation initiatives; develop and review business cases aligned with organizational priorities; enhance forecasting with timely data; monitor non-labor expenses and vendor costs; design and maintain forecasting models; lead reviews of headcount, infrastructure, vendor, financial, and location strategies with detailed recommendations; partner with HR and finance to validate data and adjust models; design comprehensive reporting tools and monthly reporting packets; audit and improve reporting processes; lead ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Significant relevant experience in business management, financial planning, or strategic planning
- Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed forecasting and reporting models
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering actionable insights
- Experience in financial management and cost optimization
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate recommendations clearly
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including client management, communication, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel as required
