Job Summary
Market Business Manager - Vice President in International Private Bank across South East Asia leads strategic initiatives with SEA Market Heads, aligns business priorities, drives transformative initiatives, enhances cross-team collaboration, proactively mitigates risks, and leverages AI/LLM-driven data insights to inform decision-making. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years in financial services with private banking exposure in SEA, strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills for senior/global leaders, and proficiency with AI/LLM, Excel, Alteryx, and PowerPoint; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for stronger cross-border coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent degree
- Minimum 10 years of work experience within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to business management in private banking servicing SEA (South East Asia) client segments
- Strong presentation skills to seniors and global business heads
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Skilled in use of AI/LLM, Excel, Alteryx and PowerPoint
- Proactive, keen to learn, and take on new responsibilities
