Job Summary
Lead the China Team Professionals within J.P. Morgan Private Banking, acting as a focal point for coordination, training and workload management across the team while supporting Market leadership. Drive risk and control governance, oversee onboarding, maintenance and service to order taking and execution, and champion digital-first initiatives to improve efficiency and client/advisor experience. Manage a high-performing team, mentor professionals, and ensure regulatory compliance and robust controls. Collaborate with Regional Leadership, Offshore Support, and internal partners to implement new processes, maintain senior leader engagement, and support transformation across Hong Kong, with proficiency in Mandarin.
