Job Summary
Lead new client acquisition and retention in the Saudi market within JP Morgan Private Banking; manage client portfolios across investments, banking, and trust/estate products; coordinate specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor and Wealth Advisor) to deliver interdisciplinary wealth management solutions for UHNW clients; build and maintain client profiles while adhering to JP Morgan Risk Management policies; develop relationships and ensure products/services meet clients’ needs and objectives; English fluency required, Arabic a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Private Banking working with UHNW individuals and families
- Previous business development experience
- Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with sufficient attention to detail
- Proven sales success including: prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong relationship management and team building skills; views team concept as critical to mode
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment
- Fluency in English, Arabic a plus
