Job Summary
Operations Program Manager (Executive Director) for International Private Bank in Singapore leading APAC cross-functional platform projects. Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-profile programs with a defined delivery roadmap, robust financial and risk management, and governance across Operations, Technology, Facilities, Security, Audit, and Risk Management. Leads a team of project managers and business analysts, drives continuous improvement, models target flows using design thinking, and maintains transparent communications with senior stakeholders. Requires extensive experience in banking/financial services, mastery of project methodologies, cross-location collaboration, and the ability to navigate regulatory and compliance requirements in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services, fund administration, or consulting
- Broad knowledge of financial products with strong understanding of trading flows, custody or banking principles
- Ability to work with stakeholders in multiple locations toward strategic objectives
- Strong understanding of Project Methodologies and Data principles
- Demonstrated leadership in running programs requiring understanding of complex operational processes/products
- Strong communication skills with ability to present effectively and lead meetings with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with ability to execute independently
- Flexibility to operate in dynamic environments with creative and strategic thinking
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with integrity and accountability
