Job Summary
VP-level Operations Business Manager for International Private Bank (IPB) Operations Finance and Business Management in Asia; leads strategic initiatives, drives governance materials and KPI reporting, and partners with senior leaders to enhance client experience, operational excellence, and culture. Responsibilities include delivering major projects, organizing complex information in Excel/PowerPoint, responding to executive requests, coordinating governance materials, tracking KPIs, supporting audit/regulatory deliverables, maintaining internal documentation, driving continuous process improvements, and supporting the Head of Asia Private Bank Operations in Asia. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in business management/operations, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in business management, operations, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups and driving collaborative outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
