Job Summary
Executive Director, International Private Bank LATAM Prospector responsible for growing new client acquisition in Brazil, developing strategies to attract clients and generate leads, and coordinating across LOB specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex clients. Key duties include leveraging network to attract new clients, managing relationships with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals, and collaborating across teams to deliver wealth-management solutions. Requirements include minimum 8 years in Private Banking in Brazil, Bachelor's degree (MBA/JD/CFA preferred), fluent Portuguese, strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, and a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Private Banking working with High Net Worth and/or Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families or related fields within financial services in Brazil
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD or CFA preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and team building skills; views team concept as critical to model
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and fiduciary concepts including, but not limited to: asset allocation on structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities
- Connections within Private Banking core client space and professional centers of influence
