Job Summary
Investment Professional in the Hong Kong Market to support Client Advisors with onboarding, Know-Your-Client/documentation and suitability processes, and to own the full trading life-cycle from pre-trade checks to execution and post-trade checks. Develop deep knowledge of Private Bank asset classes and products; manage documentation (including Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC); act as primary contact with external clients for day-to-day account administration and servicing; collaborate with Client Service and broader team to manage Accounts and Credit facilities; assist advisors in preparing for client meetings and delivering investment performance analyses and client presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank, with background in brokerage and/or trading
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Appropriate local regulatory qualification
