Job Summary
Lead investment dialogues with UHNW clients in Italy, advising on holistic asset allocation, tactical shifts, and executing solutions across fixed income, equities, alternatives, and private equity. Collaborate with EMEA wealth management partners to generate new business, manage RFPs, pitches, and roadshows, while promoting services to endowments and foundations. Establish credibility as an investment expert to promote the firm's open architecture platform, requiring fluency in Italian and English and a non-commissioned background. Travel between Luxembourg and Italy to support portfolio reviews and investment forums.
Required Qualifications
- Significant relevant market experience advising UHNW Clients within Italy
- A proven track record of building trust with clients and effectively managing relationships, both externally and internally
- Excellent communication skills – you would be articulate both verbally and on paper and able to generate trust with clients through a credible discussion on investment matters
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Personality marked by tenacity and ambition with demonstrated success in dealing with a wide range of clients
- Superior analytical skills

- Non-commissioned background (or willingness to move to such a structure)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Play a leading role in the investment dialogue with clients with some travel between Luxembourg and Italy
- Advise clients on holistic asset allocation and portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation shifts
- Execute investment solutions in client accounts in accordance with client plans
- Generate new business and regional expansion, by participating in new business opportunities with EMEA Integrated Team Members and Senior Management
- Perform Sales management, including coordination of RFPs, pitches, road shows, campaigns, proposals
- Understand J.P. Morgan platform, solutions, investment philosophy
- Interact effectively with the various internal product partners, banking teams, risk and compliance, marketing, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Asset allocation / multi asset class portfolio or sales experience is favorable
- Ability to thrive in an internal culture that values innovation, customer service, internal partnership and entrepreneurship
