Job Summary
Hybrid Professional in the China Market Team to support Client Advisors with daily account administration, onboarding, Know-Your-Client documentation and suitability processes; manage the full trading life-cycle from pre-trade checks to booking and post-trade checks, including risk disclosures and reporting; develop deep knowledge of Private Bank asset classes and products; act as primary contact with external clients for day-to-day servicing and onboarding; collaborate with Client Service and broader team to manage accounts and credit facilities; assist advisors in preparing client meetings and analyses of investment performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank, with background in brokerage and/or trading
- Fluent written and spoken business Mandarin is essential to support Chinese speaking clients
- Appropriate local regulatory qualification
- Dynamic and independent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight market deadlines and maintain accuracy in executing clients’ orders
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
