Job Summary
Hybrid Professional in the China Market Team to support Client Advisors with daily account administration (updating account documentation, onboarding), Know-Your-Client documentation and processes, pre-trade checks through post-trade reporting, and preparing client meetings and analyses. Role involves owning the full trading lifecycle, developing deep knowledge of Private Bank asset classes and products, managing documentation (Alternatives, Suitability, Investment Parameters, OTC), and acting as a primary contact with external clients for day-to-day servicing and investment execution. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, 5+ years in private banking client service/support, Mandarin fluency, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under tight deadlines, and discretionary handling of confidential matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank, with background in brokerage and/or trading
- Fluent written and spoken business Mandarin is essential to support Chinese speaking clients
- Dynamic and independent team player who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills in delivering exceptional client services, showcasing the ability to proactively engage multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority to meet strict timelines and operate with strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Ability to work under tight market deadlines and accuracy in executing Clients’ directed orders are a must
