International Private Bank Financial Analysis Lead - Executive Director

Job Summary
Lead financial analysis for the International Private Bank (IPB), coordinating with the IPB CFO/CEO and regional and India-based Finance teams to provide consolidated financial analysis and reporting. Drive analysis of client/business metrics, advisor performance and hiring, P&L forecasting/budgeting, and variance analysis; develop ad-hoc business performance insights and dashboards in partnership with Global Private Bank/Asset Wealth Management Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Strategy, and Product CFO organizations. Define agenda for weekly IPB finance leadership meetings; monitor IPB business results for Leadership; prepare monthly financial decks for IPB Operating Committee. Act as SME for advisor metrics and lead dashboards development; manage allocated expenses and ensure accurate cost allocations; collaborate with stakeholders to establish IPB Budget Review and stay current on forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities. Understand KPIs across different businesses and help develop new monitoring methods; partner with India-based teams to prepare timely financial reports and presentations. Preferred qualifications include CFA/CPA, and knowledge of Alteryx/Tableau; understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet for private banking/wealth management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in financial planning & analysis, finance, accounting, controller, management consulting, management accounting or related function in Financial Services
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders
- Experience leading projects, dealing with competing priorities, and working within a matrix support environment
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA
