Job Summary
Senior Associate, International Private Bank Events is responsible for delivering high-quality client experiences within the Private Bank Events team. The role involves leading end-to-end event planning and logistics, including venue coordination, F&B selection, speaker management, AV support, guest travel, and on-site execution. You will manage data, calendars, contracts, invoices, and vendor onboarding to meet risk and process requirements, research venues and regional trends, coordinate registrations and guest services, support sponsorship-related logistics, and optimize ticketing and attendance in collaboration with front office and XLOB partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high volumes of data and multiple tasks, excellent communication, flexibility to travel internationally, and the capacity to work extended hours as needed. Preferred language skills include Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Mandarin. Financial services experience is helpful but not required.
