Job Summary
Senior Advisory Investments Specialist to launch a specialized Advisory Desk for Italy within the EMEA Private Banking group. Lead advisory dialogue with clients, develop and implement holistic investment plans, advise on asset allocation and portfolio construction across asset classes, and execute solutions (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Evergreen Alternatives, and traditional brokerage transactions). Collaborate with the Market Head of Investments & Advice and existing client advisors; conduct investment reviews to validate client objectives and tailor recommendations; build credibility and strong client relationships while upholding fiduciary and compliance requirements. Needs strong communication, collaboration across partners, and client-focused advisory leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of building trust with clients
- Significant relevant market experience advising UHNW clients
- Strong knowledge of investment products across multiple asset classes
- Experience with asset allocation and multi-asset portfolio construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Team player with ability to collaborate across internal partners
- Ability to understand and translate client objectives into advisory portfolios
- Commitment to regulatory and internal controls related to advisory framework
