Job Summary
Associate Product Manager in IPB Digital & Data Transformation leads end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled digital contact center capabilities. Partners with Technology and Design and liaises with Regional Business Leadership, Client Advisors, Client Service, Operations, Marketing, and Risk/Compliance to shape the product strategy, define requirements, and deliver features that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. Responsible for understanding client needs, contributing to the product north star, evaluating data and analytics capabilities for optimal solution fit (including AI-powered features like fraud detection, automated summarization, and workflow automation), and guiding the scrum team through the lifecycle from proof of concept to MVP and subsequent enhancements. Requires strong communication, agile experience, and the ability to quantify delivery with key metrics across IPB regions (EMEA, Asia, LATAM). Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years product management experience are required.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3 years product management or related experience required
- Ability to define and execute product roadmap
- Ability to prioritize projects and efforts considering variables including business and client needs, competitive and industry trends, resource and funding availability
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including legal, risk, compliance, control teams in an agile environment
- Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and operate under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication; startup mindset and high work ethic
