Job Summary

As an Associate in the Client Service Team for International Private Bank, you will be the primary contact for service-related needs of Private Bank Clients. You will work with a team and support Bankers and Investors by coordinating with product partners and operations to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience across all Private Bank products. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact with external clients and the Integrated team for day-to-day account administration and servicing; providing proactive, personalized service on transactions (deposits, loans, asset transfers, cash products, cash flow management, corporate actions, servicing inquiries); assisting with account maintenance requests (change of contact details, company/account structure updates, KYC documentation); outreach for digital adoption; assisting Bankers in executing credit facilities, handling ad-hoc client requests, troubleshooting, and driving remediation or campaigns as required by the Bank; and maintaining compliance with Private Banking controls. Preferred qualifications emphasize familiarity with private banking systems, fast-paced teamwork, adaptability, and detail orientation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in client service/relationship management within private banking, strong English and Mandarin communication, and CACS certification, with proficiency in relevant software (Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat). The position is located in Singapore and requires in-person presence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 7 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Management experience from Private Bank
  • Good working knowledge of Private Banking products including cash management, KYC document review, corporate action and banking products
  • High sensitivity to Private Banking Control standards related to money transfers, securities transfer, credit, and other transactional services
  • Good interpersonal skills for servicing and relationship deepening
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (support Taiwanese clients)
  • Capable of interacting with clients directly and resolving inquiries independently
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other information sources
  • CACS certified is essential for duties and regulatory compliance
