Job Summary
Banker in J.P. Morgan Private Banking responsible for leading new client acquisition and retention across Emerging Europe, with a primary focus on Poland and other Eastern European markets. Manage a UHNW client book, coordinate interdisciplinary specialists to deliver wealth management solutions, ensure client profiles are complete and compliant with risk management policies, and build trusted relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients and assets from Emerging Europe, expanding existing UHNW client relationships, selling and implementing investment, banking and trust/estate products, leveraging specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor, Wealth Advisor) to deliver coordinated expertise, and maximizing client outcomes aligned with clients’ goals.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Private Banking working with Polish or Czech or other Eastern European UHNW individuals and families
- Previous business development experience
- Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with sufficient attention to detail
- Proven sales success including prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong relationship management and team building skills; views team concept as critical to success
- Fluency in Polish or other Eastern European languages
- Emirati male nationals must have completed or have no obligatory military service obligations
