Job Summary
Asia Private Bank seeks an International Private Bank - Asia Client Service Business Transformation Lead – Vice President to independently lead program office and change-management efforts for cross-border client service transformation. Responsibilities include producing program materials for senior management, framing problems, delivering project deliverables, managing risks/issues/dependencies, enabling benefits realization, maintaining Confluence/JIRA documentation, organizing key project content, facilitating deliverables, and establishing reporting standards. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project and change management within Private Banking servicing (KYC, cash management, account maintenance), plus proactive, independent work style, strong stakeholder engagement, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence. Preferred qualifications include MBA or equivalent and PMP certification; familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking; a digital-first mindset and knowledge of large language models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in project and change management with in-depth understanding of Private Banking Servicing elements (KYC, cash management, account maintenance)
- Proactive and self-starter, able to work independently on high-quality deliverables
- Experience across countries or regions with project lifecycle and governance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com, JIRA & Confluence
- Digital mindset with knowledge of LLMs
