Job Summary
Provide holistic investment advice to German UHNW clients within the EMEA Private Banking platform, communicating market strategy and investment knowledge across asset classes, and developing advisory portfolios. Advise on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and tactical shifts; execute investment solutions across asset classes (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and traditional brokerage transactions) within client plans and instructions. Conduct investment reviews to validate objectives and proactively prepare recommendations aligned with the advisory framework. Deepen client relationships through an advisory-driven dialogue, presenting appropriate solutions to meet client needs, while adhering to fiduciary, suitability, and internal controls requirements. Collaborate with internal product partners, banking teams, risk and compliance, and other colleagues to deliver best-in-class advisory service and support, while integrating into a strong team culture focused on innovation, customer service, internal partnership, and entrepreneurship.
Required Qualifications
- Significant relevant market experience with UHNW clients or fund management
- Strong knowledge of investment products with multi-product focus
- Asset allocation / multi-asset class portfolio and/or sales experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills — articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Drive and ambition with demonstrated success in dealing with a wide range of clients
- Superior analytical skills; strong computer skills
- Ability to thrive in an innovative, customer-service oriented internal culture
- Team player capable of working effectively with many business partners
