International Payroll Partner

Job Summary
Collate and validate payroll inputs, outputs, and statutory payments for assigned countries while coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely tax filings and government authority payments. Manage vendor contracts and SLAs, resolve internal and external stakeholder inquiries, and lead payroll migration, system upgrades, and process harmonization initiatives. Support ad-hoc projects for new process implementations, participate in audits, and drive continuous process improvement for respective regions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of international payroll experience, APAC expertise, and fluency in English, with a schedule based in Bangkok.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of People Operations or end-to-end Payroll experience in an international fast-paced organization
- Experienced in managing APAC payroll
- Proven experience in payroll migration and integration projects
- Strong ability to manage complex transitions and ensure operational continuity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical, articulation, and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proven track record in process improvement and/or automation implementations
- Proficient in all MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- A team player who can operate effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Resilience to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
